For a long time already scientist are researching on how the living and working environment can influence a person. We are completely sure that a nice working environment is important for the working atmosphere and that it animates high quality performances.
In 2005/2006 Kondius Ad renovated in cooperation with the architect Prof. Kahlfeldt the Villa Königsberg. The Villa is about 100 years old and needed special care. The sensible work with the material and the development of high quality working spaces were the goals of this project. The result after a year of construction was marvelous. The complete surface got renovated, all technical equipment was modernized and fitting designer furniture was added by the selective hand of Prof. Kahlfeldt.
Villa Königsberg got revitalized after 100 years. The result is 550 square meters of bright office space, used by Kondius AG.
