The philharmonic in berlin was built in 1963. The building has a special architectural design, with the stage in the middle of the hall and the slanted viewer platform all around.

As part of building maintenance were overlapping sub-measures (repair / renovation / remodeling / renovation) controlled in the following areas: acoustic doors, fire alarm system (BMA), stage ground and installations, stage management system,  basement sealing, concert hall seating, kitchen counter, cooling towers, lighting console and lightning switchboard, fire mains, MSR/ HVAC Systems, emergency power supply, sanitary facilities, emergency lighting, steal window installation, scenic lighting, terraces, studio and sound system and more.
