The Theater am Schiffbauerdamm is the traditional venue of the Berliner Ensemble. The 1892 built in neo-baroque style building is one of the most prestigious theaters in Germany.

As part of building maintenance were overlapping sub-measures (repair / renovation / remodeling / renovation) controlled in the following areas: Audio / video system, balconies and roof drainage, lighting hoists, aerator workshops, seating auditorium, fire alarm system, stage floor, stage management, stage equipment, smoke extraction system, heating system and strands, stage manager, cap ceiling in the foyer, HVAC , sanitary and many more.
