The Botanical Garden Berlin is with 43 hectare and 22.000 different kind of plants the biggest botanical garden in Germany. On the area are 15 greenhouses open for visit and numerous technical buildings. Additionally, there is a Botanical Museum, which is the only one in Middle-Europe.

The following tasks were part of the complete building maintenance process and directed by Kondius AG.

Waterproofing, drainage system, automated irrigation system, disabled expansion conservatories, lightning protection systems, fire alarm system, cafeteria, roof surfaces, Gas extinguishing system, basic renovation of the greenhouses, laboratory areas, auditorium ventilation system, masonry restoration, rainwater harvesting, restaurant, sanitary facilities, emergency lighting, security glazing, water basin and more.
