The 1907/1908 Art Nouveau-style building with 800 seats is an early work of the theater architect Oskar Kaufmann. The corner building is fully integrated into the row of houses of today’s Stresemannstraße and is since 2003 part of the Berlin theater institution Hebbel am Ufer (HAU).
As part of building maintenance were overlapping sub-measures (repair / renovation / Reconstruction / renewal) controlled in the following areas:
Roof, revolving stage, facade, windows, heating, noise protection, HVAC, security lighting, sound control, drainage basement insulation and many more..
