By demolition of an existing bunker is it possible now to build lining complex with 3 buildings parts along the Kopenhagener Straße. The existing building lines will be extended so it will generate a broader urban street space.

Inside the closed building complex will be 3 detached “residential garden houses”. For the 3 houses (Building parts 1-3) along the street are entrances from the street planned. Those allow barrier-free access by ramps into the 20 cm higher ground floor of the building. The 3 garden houses (building parts 4.1-4.3) will be developed at ground level.
