Messe Berlin has been extended since the late 1980s far into the 1990s in four construction sections. The total contract value was approximately € 970 million. Due to the long construction period and arising disorders, came up, long after completion of the construction, substantial fees demands or were various contractual relationships unclear of some planning parties.

In a first step were dislocated files (approximately 2,500) collected and subjected to an inventory. Following the open transactions were processed under a legal cooperation with the firm Dr. Börgers, evaluated and finalized. Here has been made for example comparisons to final account negotiations, but also accompanies the legal representation in honorary processes.

After completion of all outstanding transactions the files for the Court were worked out in accordance with the formal requirements of the work instruction building (Abau) and brought the project Messe Berlin to an end.
