Gym: “Campus Rütli – CR²”

Construction of a new one story gym with an area of 2.800 square meter.

In the north of the district Neukölln was a three parted gym created with around 800 seats and additional foyer for events with around 200 seats. The total usable area is  2.573 m². The gym in the usage for schools and sports clubs, but also used for public and cultural event and open every day for users and visitors.

The construction was promoted by the European Union – European Fonds for regional development – and by the state Berlin in connection to the funding project “Zukunftsinitiative Stadtteil – Teilprogramm Bildung im Quartier” from the Senate Department Urban Development and the Environment and from the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Science.
