Pears Jewish Campus (link) in Berlin is a unique building project in Germany that stands for a strengthening of modern Jewish life and as an offer for intercultural and interreligious dialogue. With 8000sqm on 7 floors, the campus is conceived as a lively, cross-religious and cross-age meeting place.

The supporting pillars of the project are education, culture and sport and will be realised and structurally implemented in the form of a kindergarten, primary school, grammar school, sports and event centres on the campus grounds.

Built into a park, the new building is being constructed on the site of the Chabad Jewish Education Centre. It is thus located in the immediate vicinity of the synagogue and provides families in particular with an important connection to the Jewish community.

The building is barrier-free, centrally located in City West and has convenient local transport connections.

Kondius AG will provide funding management services from 09/2020 and property supervision services from 02/2021 until completion in 2021.
