The HOWOGE Housing Association is the most powerful communal housing company of Berlin. With its own housing stock of 57,000 apartments HOWOGE one of the largest rental companies in Germany. Since 1990 is HOWOGE standing for sustainable population development, innovative housing concepts and social commitment at the sites Lichtenberg, Hohenschönhausen, Treptow-Koepenick, Weissensee and Pankow.

For the completion of the 70 planned up project is the implementation and usage of a modular, electronic, web-based project communication system (PKS/PCS) provided. The project communication system (PKM) connects all internal and external stakeholders of the project and serves as a central project platform. Plans, documents, task, information and remedy the connected defined processes are easily, fast and safely exchanged and actual managed. Furthermore are changes, releases, as well as decisions are process based pictured and documented.  The PCM modules cover the following functionalities: Virtual project space, cost management, defect management and reporting.

As a result of an award procedure was the project communication system of the company Conclude GmbH 42103 Wuppertal commissioned.
