The Kondius AG has been commissioned to carry out a technical due diligence for the constituent object “Oranienburger Straße 38” in Berlin-Mitte. The property is located on the parcel 569 of the district Berlin-Mitte.

The TDD is used to assess the technical and structural condition of the property. There is an estimate of the investments made, a possibly existing maintenance backlog and cost estimates of required individual measures. The historical building was last reconstructed in 2010 with concomitant use changes. Conversion work was the extension of the existing hotel business and included the Reutilization of office space into hotel rooms. An elevator was built in this context in the yard. In addition to the hotel business with 59 beds are currently six apartments in the front building and the side wings, a shop on the ground floor and a restaurant in the building.
