The Kondius AG was commissioned By Pears Global Real Estate Germany GmbH to carry out a rough check as the first stage of a Technical Due Diligence for the current object “Riesaer Straße 7” in Dresden. The property is located on the parcels 378/9, 378/10 and 378/q the district Dresden – Pieschen.
