Building maintenance measures

In 2003 until 2011 were several building maintenance measures managed and performed in nearly all Theaters of Berlin, during ongoing operation phases. Task were many single construction, maintenance and renovation work in all sections of a theater facility ( theater, magazines , technical centers , administrative and outdoor facilities).

Main issues were in all opera- , concert- and theater construction appearing planning requirements regarding aesthetic of large stages, canteens, meeting areas, preservative building material and structures and furthermore technical requirements on stage equipment,  pollutant clean ups, fire protection and complex technical building equipment were part of the controlled measures.
